CstoreOffice.com Full service
Full Service Invoice Processing: Petrosoft can provide data entry services for those C-Store Office™ customers who prefer to have invoice data entered by a third party. Customers can scan invoices and e-mail scanned images to Petrosoft, or simply mail the invoices directly to Petrosoft. The cost of full-service C-Store Office™ is $378 per month, per store.
For larger organizations, there is Enterprise-level C-Store Office™
For organizations with a large number of stores, Petrosoft offers the enterprise-level C-Store Office™ architecture. Enterprise-level C-Store Office™ works like this:
• Back Office software licensing fee: There is a one-time licensing fee for the installation and use of enterprise-level C-Store Office™. The license includes the unrestricted right to use the software for a period of three years, including all updates made available to standard and full service C-Store Office™ users. Petrosoft technicians will work directly with a representative of your organization on installation, configuration and acceptance testing of the site.
• Technical Support fee: Petrosoft will provide a technical support plan and agreement for every enterprise-level C-Store Office™ installation. Support consists of a specified number of hours per month, plus overages. Cost is dependent on the number of locations included in the agreement.
• Training: Petrosoft will provide training for a fee of $400 per day. We recommend a “train the trainer” program, whereby an individual within your organization is identified as your internal C-Store Office™ specialist. This person is trained by us and then can handle internal training and refresher courses for your organization at a reasonable cost.
